Focus Rehab is led by Exercise Physiologist Michael Woods, with over 30 years of clinical experience supporting complex rehabilitation and long-term recovery.
Lauren Nagorka works alongside Michael, supporting clients with evidence-based exercise physiology and a calm, supportive approach to care.
